Dr. Lisa Reese graduated from Washington State University in 1995 with her DVM degree.  

She grew up in Idaho but moved to Virginia in 2002 to practice high quality veterinary medicine.

Her professional interests are Emergency Medicine and Equine Theriogenology (hobby).

Lisa's personal interests are Endurance Riding, Reading, especially historical romance and science fiction, scuba diving, lying on a good beach, snorkeling, and travelling.  She treasures her good friends and family, and loves her furry children, which include: 

Miki; her Mini-Aussie;

Meara (shared with her sister); a Havanese with the biggest appetite in a small dog she has ever seen; and

Kaiju; her snuggly big Ragdoll;

and the Love of her life, her Arabian/Pinto Mare Majik.
