Dr. Christofferson recently earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She has dreamed of becoming a veterinarian since she was first asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, and that passion has only grown stronger throughout her journey. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, surgery, and exotic animal medicine, and she looks forward to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient and supporting their families

When she’s not in the hospital,

Dr. Christofferson enjoys spending quality time with her cat, family, and friends. She is an enthusiastic swimmer who loves both pool training and open-water swimming, and she also enjoys baking. As a newcomer to the area, she is excited to become part of the community by exploring the vibrant downtown, visiting the many beautiful parks nearby, and discovering all that the region has to offer.
